Rebecca Breen

Director

Rebecca specialises in property development. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Rebecca was contracts manager for a major property developer, and she has an intimate understanding of the commercial drivers in property development.

Rebecca acts for property developers, assisting with all stages of development, including acquisition, financing, construction, subdivision and sale.

Rebecca holds medical science and law degrees from the University of New South Wales and an honours degree from the Sydney Children’s Hospital.

Mark Morgan

Director

Mark is one of Australia's leading practitioners in the areas of property development and leasing and he has specialised in those areas for 25 years.

Mark can assist clients with all aspects of land and development law, including finance structures, purchase structures, acquisition, planning, subdivision, building, management, easement, sale and disputes. His client base includes both public and private companies, as well as high net worth individuals.

Mark worked at both Corrs and Freehills before, together with Les Lewis, establishing Morgan Lewis in 1996.

Cynthia Garraway

Licensed Conveyancer

Cynthia specialises in handling high volume residential conveyancing transactions for property developers.

In 2002 Cynthia became the licensee of Better Conveyancing and managed this business until joining Morgan Lewis in 2006.

In 2008, Cynthia was appointed manager of Quick Convey, the residential conveyancing division of Morgan Lewis.

Cynthia acts in relation to subdivisions and (one off and high volume) conveyancing, leasing and mortgage transactions in New South Wales and Queensland.

Susan Bellamy

Senior Associate

After graduating from law at the University of New South Wales, Susan joined Morgan Lewis, where she worked in both the commercial and property groups, before specialising in property law.

Susan's experience includes documenting and managing residential, commercial and industrial property sales, including preparing and supervising high volume residential sales for property developers.

Susan has also negotiated with local councils in relation to development agreements and planning disputes.

Bob Miljevic

Senior Associate

Bob is an experienced property lawyer with a broad range of knowledge in all aspects of property transactional, leasing and titling work.

Bob provides timely, practical and easy to understand advice. Bob understands the often changing and challenging needs, wants and concerns of clients engaged in property transactions.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Bob worked in a specialist strata and community title practice and has also had many years of retail and commercial leasing experience.

Adelle Randall

Licensed Conveyancer

Adelle specialises in high volume residential conveyancing transactions including off the plan developments in New South Wales and Queensland. She also acts for clients in relation to the purchase and sale of residential properties.

Adelle has been with Morgan Lewis and Quick Convey since 2006.

Dorian Sarkissian

Solicitor

Clients benefit from Dorian's "think outside the square" approach to legal problem solving.

Dorian has worked as a policy adviser in NSW Government before making a move into the private legal sector and his experience includes acting in commercial leasing transactions, in the sale and purchase of property and large scale off the plan developments.

Joanna Goldsworthy

Solicitor

Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney. Joanna joined Morgan Lewis in 2010. Her experience includes the sale and purchase of property and large scale off the plan developments.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Joanna worked in the legal publishing industry, specialising in planning, property, environment and conveyancing law.

Belinda Lambert

Licensed Conveyancer

Belinda specialises in residential conveyancing including torrens title, strata title, community title and off the plan developments.

She has acted for local governments, incoming and discharging mortgagees and a wide range of commercial clients.

Vicky Papandreou

Junior Conveyancer

Since 2008, Vicky has worked in conveyancing and is completing her Licensed Conveyancing Law and Practice Course at Macquarie University.

Vicky’s positive attitude and commitment to client service ensures that even the most difficult matter is progressed thoroughly and quickly.

Roxanne Johnson

Law Graduate

Roxanne holds a bachelor of economics and social sciences and a bachelor of laws from the University of Sydney.

Since joining Morgan Lewis in 2011, Roxanne has developed her keen interest in property law as part of the Quick Convey team where she is becoming experienced in the sale and purchase of large scale off the plan developments.
